Personal Accident Claims Procedure

The Insured Person must place themselves under the care of a duly qualified Medical Practitioner as soon as is reasonably possible and notice of any incident that may give rise to a claim must be made as soon as is feasibly possible. Claim Notifications should be sent to:

Travel Claims Procedure

Notice of any incident that may give rise to a claim must be made as soon as is feasibly possible upon return of the trip. Claim Notifications should be sent to:

Medical Emergency Abroad Procedure

In the event of Illness or Accident abroad which may lead to Hospital treatment or Curtailment of the trip, You or the Insured Person must contact:

When contacting AmTrust Assistance, please advise the following:

  • The telephone number from which You are calling.
  • Your Policy Number
